    Rockin' G Arena is located near Sweeny, TX., in Brazoria County. It is within about an hours driving distance of Houston and Galveston; less than two hours from Victoria, Conroe and other areas. (see map)  It is the only privately owned covered arena in Brazoria County. 

    Special features include two air-conditioned restrooms, a lighted warm-up area, lighted main parking area, and a covered food and sponsor display court!

    The arena footing is fabulous - the best ground of any arena on the Gulf Coast! The condition is maintained through a custom-built overhead sprinkler system and a special tractor drag that ensures a smooth surface for and during every event, regardless of the type.

    Parking is close and more than adequate for any type of event and the number of entrants.

     The inside (arena floor) dimensions are 100' X 250', plus the alleyway, two holding pens, a return lane, header/healer boxes and a starting chute for team and calf roping. There are no roughstock chutes.   

    Rockin' G Arena has many other amenities, such as a Vista Timer System for all types of events, and a computer event management system. The timekeeper's box is air-conditioned. The arena lighting and public address systems are excellent.

   Bob Geer, the owner, is continuously upgrading all parts of the arena, barn and other facilities that are used by event guests. And the arena and  surrounding areas are kept clean at all times.
