POLICIES

 

CHECK ACCEPTANCE: Must have current address on check that matches driver’s license, phone numbers, driver’s license number and date of birth. No exceptions! Returned check fee is $25.00. Offenders will be prosecuted if necessary. Those persons who issue a check that is returned will be on a cash-only basis indefinitely.

GLASS CONTAINERS: No glass containers are allowed in or around the arena.

PROFANITY: We don’t like it. Your Momma don’t either!

HORSES MAY NOT BE TIED IN THE ARENA: Events only. Safety first!

CLOSED GATE FOR ALL PLAYDAYS: The alleyway entry gate will be closed after an entrant enters the arena and remain closed until horse and rider are stopped. Safety first!

EXHIBITIONSExhibitions purchased cannot be shared with another person outside the immediate family (mother/daughter - father/son - sister/sister). Example: If Suzie Jones buys 6 exhibitions, she cannot share those exhibitions with Rhonda Smith.

PEDESTRIANS: All persons desiring to walk into the arena must use the gate between the food court and the "header-box". No pedestrians in the alleyway. Exceptions are arena personnel and working volunteers.

SMALL CHILDREN: All small children must be adequately and properly controlled and supervised at all times. Safety first!

ATTENDANCE BY INVITATION: If your behavior is unacceptable, so is your presence.

COGGINS TESTS: All participants are required to show proof of current Coggins upon request. A Coggins log will be kept by the arena in accordance with Texas Animal Health regulations, and horse owners should provide proof of a new Coggins test when received. NOTE: State Law requires that the original of the Coggins test be carried with all horses being transported, being ridden in any public place, and/or used at any public event.

PARKING: A privilege to be shared equally with others. Park diagonally either side of the road between the arena and barn. Please park in an orderly fashion in the big parking lot. DO NOT PARK between the arena and barn - EVER!!!

EQUINE TREATMENT: Persons abusing a horse may receive the same treatment.

DRESS CODE: No shorts, sleeveless shirts or tube-tops, or open-toe shoes or thongs while on horseback. Footwear must have heels (no tennis or athletic-types shoes)

SAFETY EQUIPMENT: All riders under 8 are requested to wear a safety helmet.

TRASH: Please properly dispose of your own trash. There are many trash containers conveniently available, including a very large dumpster!

Those seen dropping trash on the ground will be thrashed with a fly-swatter, and tied to the hot-walker for an hour!
